Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about my 1-on-1 coaching options — whether you choose a custom video response or a live 1-on-1 session over Zoom or phone.

Custom Video Response Coaching FAQ
1. What is a custom video response?
A custom video response is a personalized video reply where I analyze your situation and provide tailored guidance based on the details you share. It’s perfect if you prefer thoughtful, in-depth advice you can rewatch anytime.
It is recorded specifically for you after you fill out a form. Unlike my YouTube and TikTok videos, it is not edited and just me speaking directly to the camera talking about your situation.
2. How long is each video response?
Each video response typically ranges between 10-15 minutes, depending on the complexity of your situation and the number of questions you submit.
3. How soon will I receive my video after submitting my questions?
Turnaround time is currently within 48 business hours. You’ll receive a private, shareable link to view your video once it’s ready. If you submit your request late Friday, for example, you can expect your video by Monday or Tuesday.
4. Can I ask follow-up questions after watching my video?
Yes — short follow-up questions for clarification are welcome. If your situation changes or you’d like deeper insight, you can always request an additional video response.
5. What kind of topics can I ask about?
You can ask about anything related to your personal situation — including (but not limited to) relationship dynamics, communication strategies, how to get an ex back, attachment styles, or emotional recovery after a breakup.
6. Do I need to share personal details?
Only share what’s comfortable for you. But the more context you provide, the more specific and helpful the video guidance can be. Also be aware I never judge my clients on their actions or needs and wants.
I have had clients in love with prostitutes or drug addicts. I have had clients who have had restraining orders against them.
It is never my place to judge anyone. Rather, it is my goal to help my clients achieve their goals without regard to so-called societal norms or my own personal life choices.
7. How will I receive the video?
You’ll receive a private, unlisted YouTube video link via email that you can watch anytime. It’s not shared publicly and will only be seen by you or people you choose to share the link with.

Live 1-on-1 Coaching Calls FAQ (Zoom or Phone)
1. What happens during a live coaching call?
Live sessions are conversational and personalized. We’ll discuss your issue(s), goals, clarify your challenges, and work through actionable steps in real time.
I always coach my clients from the perspective of what I would do if I were in their situation. I try and avoid simply telling you what to do.
2. How long are the sessions?
Each live session lasts 30 minutes unless you choose to pay for more time.
3. Do you offer both Zoom and phone options?
Yes — you can choose between a Zoom video session or a phone call, whichever makes you more comfortable.
4. How should I prepare for my session?
The form you fill out has some basic questions I like to know ahead of time. But if you have a complex situation, it may help to jot down key points or questions ahead of time. Bring any examples or updates you’d like to discuss so we can make the most of your time.
5. Can I book more than one session?
Absolutely. Many clients schedule multiple sessions for ongoing support, either 2 sessions back to back for a 1-hour call, or either weekly or biweekly, depending on their needs.
6. What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
7. Do you record the Zoom sessions?
Sessions are not recorded by default for privacy reasons. But you should be able to record Zoom sessions on your end if desired.
